Proclaim it from the rooftop (Matthew 10:27)

Bible Verse:
「What I tell you in the dark, speak in the daylight; what is whispered in your ear, proclaim from the roofs.」 (Matthew 10:27)

Meaning:
If something is proclaimed from the rooftops, it is made as widely known and as public as possible.

Origin and Application:
When Jesus called his twelve disciples to follow him, he gave the above instruction to his disciples on the first missionary journey. Jesus's teachings to them are private, yet he asked the disciples to proclaim the gospel as wide and as publicly as they can.

Proclaim it from rooftop大肆宣揚 （馬太福音10:27)

Origin and Application:
當耶穌呼召十二門徒追隨他的時候，他在第一天差遣他們時說過上述的話。耶穌勉勵門徒要廣傳福音，就如在屋頂上向全世界宣告一樣。
